How do I link my Medal account?: From Profile choose Link Medal account, enter your username, temporarily put the code we show you into your Medal profile description (Slogan), then press Verify. You can remove the code once it succeeds.
Why aren't all my clips showing?: We read only the clips published publicly on your Medal profile. Private or unlisted clips won't appear. Also try Sync now on your profile page.
What is a remix?: Adding a voiceover, stickers, or a reaction video from your camera on top of an existing clip. The original clip stays intact with credit to its owner and a link to the original on Medal.
How do I delete my account?: Profile → settings icon ⚙️ → Delete account. Everything is permanently removed after you confirm your password.
